The total experience from start to finish with Lee was such fun! I was new to the experience of building a home and was very happy to find that she led me through the whole process with ease and much wisdom. She really listened to what I wanted in a home that I plan to spend the rest of my life in and gave great guidance when I was in the selection phase. On many occasions Lee offered suggestions to the architect’s design and invariably her suggestion was an improvement over the architect’s design.

Several years ago, we moved from our home of 30 years to a high rise retirement center in Fort Worth. Because our home sold quickly, we had only about one month to plan, execute and make this move, time was of the essence!! Lee Martin took on our project, every morning arriving at 8 a.m. to meet subs, calling me several times a day to confirm requirements (and nudge me to make decisions) all accomplished with calm, professionalism and advice based on senior needs and high rise ADA requirements. The entire project met all contractual agreements plus exceeded our expectations for quality plus she was able to complete it a little over two weeks!!
